I brewed a Saison last weekend and this (see attached) is what I'm seeing in the fermenter. I'm concerned with the layer under the foam. Is it just yeast that clumped up? I used 2 packets of Belle Saison which I hydrated prior to pitching. I am going to pump up the temperature as I realized it got a little too cold but other than that should I be concerned?

AAAK! It's a RoboBrain from Fallout 3.

Looks like the off-gassing CO2 from fermentation is holding the yeast up top. Should settle given a little more time.
