Anyone have a recipe or any suggestions. I'd like to get an Octoberfest or similar beer style going to be ready to throw on tap come end of Sept but my basement where my fermenter is, is at about 80 degrees right now as it is with this heatwave here in the Northeast. I have a Pale Ale going now so i think i am okay even thought it's fermenting at about 80 degrees (I know not ideal).
But any suggestions on how I can brew an Octoberfest or similar beer in a basement that will typically be in the mid 70's?
