obtaining temperature

has anyone ever used the RayngerST Pro thermometer? If so how do you like it? My pops just hooked me up with his and I'm anxious to get another brew going. :rockin:

I have one I use for other things. If you are going to point it at stainless, you need a dull spot or it will reflect the laser back and not give a proper reading.

Otherwise its a nice tool.
