Brady got four games the league is still fighting in court to enforce for being "generally aware" that something may have been going on.

What? Luck didn't know his ribs were broken??? I would say Luck was a shtiload more definitive than "more probable than not" that he was "generally aware" of the issue.

One year ban.

One awesome part of this (there are so many) is that, with the court case going on, the NFL HAS to go way over board with the Colts on this or else they're going to look totally asinine standing in front of a judge on Brady.

Why is it Luck's fault? He's not in responsible for issuing the injury report. That's on the coaching staff. If he hid the injury from the training staff then that's on Luck, but players on teams do this every single week. If the coaching staff knew about the injury and didn't put it on the report, then fine the staff and move on. Not every team warrants a Deflate Gate-esque investigation. The Pats got hit like they did this year because the NFL basically gave them a free pass in regards to their blatant violations with videotaping other teams (Google Kraft Productions) and the rest of the league wanted revenge.
