Just a reminder to all of the real NFL fans out there... make sure you raise a glass when you get home tonight!

Today is the 10th anniversary of the game that launched your beloved New England Patriots onto the road of dominance they have enjoyed the entire millenium. Today is the 10th anniversary of the game where the referees FINALLY stood for what is all pure and true in American sports and got the call RIGHT. It is the 10th anniversary of that fateful day when Tom Brady, while playing the cheating Raiders in the snow in Foxboro Ma, TUCKED the ball.

The refs got the call right... Adam Vinatieri went on to kick one of the greatest field goals in the history of the NFL and the New England Patriots began their dynasty that continues to this very day.

So... like I said... raise a pint this evening folks!!!

CHEERS!!!

The tuck rule was the first stepping stone in a line of new rules for QBs. Soon all QBs will wear red jerseys and two hand touch rules apply.

And it all started with Brady. Go figure.

There isn't enough memory on the servers that this forum sits on to handle all of the text it would take to appropriately explain everything that is wrong with that statement.

I thought this might get someone a little fired up!

And thanks for reminding me why my hatred for the Patriots runs so deep.

A woman's emotions + alcohol + passion for a team + superstitions = a funny video

Hate the game... Not the playa...

It's not Brady's fault the NFL recognized the pure awesomeness he and the Pats offense possesses and wanted to showcase it. It makes good business sense. If you ran a restaurant, would you showcase crappy dishes no one liked? No. You would put your best product available out there... Same thibg with the NFL and the Pats

Awesome!! Pause when they show career stats.

Edit - I thought this was new & just noticed it's 2010. I'm behind the times. Oh well.

Everytime Brady gets slapped around a bit he cries and gets a new rule made. Wonder what new rule is gonna be made up when the 9ers slap him around in the Superbowl?

I don't cry about it. I just can't respect a little bitch.

LOL!!! I'm sure Brady's loosing a lotta sleep. I'm sure he looks around on a daily basis at his life and is on the verge of suicide because he doesn't have Dataz's respect. LOL!!!

Ok Dataz... lemme ask you...

I'll trade you Brady for Flacco straight up. You takin' that trade??

(PS. small suckling just went in the brine)

Crap, Raiders won that game. It's a fumble and a stupid rule.

Is this thread still going on? Everyone knows that the new york giants won the championship when they beat the packers f*** .

lol, keep counting those chickens all the way up till the 49ers defense sends some of the Giants out in the 1st quarter like Pierre Thomas. :mug:

Shhh, go to sleep little Pierre.

I agree, that's why they will sleepwalk into San Fran and get crushed. Any division 3 qb could have thrown all over Green Bay with 4-5 seconds like Eli had.
Anyone who doesn't see this train wreck coming hasn't actually watched the niners play this year.

Would you take that trade if he shaves the hipster mustache? (I thought hipsters only played kickball and Red Rover, wtf?)

Hipster? You need to do some research, there's a big difference between hipster and village people.

P.S. Mcbrewskie has a big banana

Ahhhh... A nice blanket of fresh snow fell over night. It makes everything look nice... It makes it kinda quiet somehow. The suckling pig is resting nicely in a bath of salt, dark brown sugar and a couple of citrons. Its Friday, work should be light. I see a nice pint or two over lunch. Then on my way home I can pick up a boston butt to make fresh mexican chorizo. I can grab the racks of baby backs to go in the smoker. I can grab the beef tenderloins and the whole prime rib to be carved up into rib eyes.

Allllllll leading up to a lovely little day on Sunday of watching some football in Foxboro.

Can't get much better than that.

ACTUALLY... It coul better if the Packers lose... Oh! Wait!!!

This just adds to my hatred of the Patriots, along with that sh*ty Uggs commercial that Brady did. I hope Flacco plays the game of his life!
