Gotta say I thought GB was going to win this game. Ran outta gas...

[edit] Watching these two FoxSports knuckleheads fill up the rest of the half hour you'd think the Seahawks did something exceptional to end up winning this game.

I'd call it a coin toss. Whomever ended up scoring last wins.
Not exactly domination there...

Exciting sport.

Soooooo much fun!!!

It’s amazing.... and this isn’t even trash talk... go ahead, try to explain to me how what I’m about to type is wrong...

Philly? One year wonder. Again

EIGHTEEN FKCUING YEARS!!! Eighteen... think about it without your hater glasses on.

Think of ALL the teams over that time that were supposed to dethrone them... Rams, Colts, steelers, Ravens, Seahawks, Eagles (Uhhh... Brady beat McNabb... yeah... it goes back that long), the 9’rs... I could go on for ten min.

Eighteen years the effin Pats have been ridiculous.

Pats fans have been blessed with a front row seat to, ligit, one of the greatest runs in sports history.

I didn’t say THE greatest... but it makes the top ten. (Yeah I’m lookin’ at you Montreal Canadiens and old school Celtics)

Make fun of avocado ice cream or the fact that Brady’s arm looks like overcooked spaghetti lately (so pliable!!!!!).

Eff all of you... it’s been riiiiiiiiiiiidiculous.

Ohhhh....kaaayyyy....

Not sure what brought that on, but, yes, Philly is just the most recent demonstration of the same thing the rest (Seattle, Green Bay, Denver, et al) have proved before: it's tough to stay on top like the New England Patriots...

lol!
Anyway, even the Patriots occasionally have to work extra hard to stay on top. Like this year.

Honestly, I'd trade half the defensive secondary in a heartbeat if there were upgrades available.
Our top corner (Gilmore) is almost certainly the top tackler on team - because he can't prevent a catch to save a life.
Then there's Hightower, a shell of his former physical self. Good field marshall, no penetration, no wheels.
And of course there's Chung, who can't keep up with even big tight ends any more, and if by some miracle he's close in coverage he's too short to prevent a catch.
Great stuff.

On offense there're big issues as well, mostly because the O-line is comprised of walking wounded mixed with never-were's, with RB attrition on top. Brady is notoriously "happy feet" prone which was on clear display last weekend. His effectivity goes almost negative when he can't settle in the pocket. I blame McDaniels for the depth of the disaster by not playing away from the pass rush until it was way too late to recover.

So, yeah. Staying on top is hard. The Pats have been crazy successful at it since 2000. Hope they get their chit together again soon...

I had just gotten somewhere where I could catch a game and the next grossly over-hyped Qb playing for the next grossly over hyped team getting their assses handed to them as they go 500 on the season... and it reminded me of how luckly Pats fans are

It all starts and ends with the GOAT... and... he looks old this season, out of no where... he looks old.

Happy feet in the pocket somethin’ fierce... throwing behind receivers non-stop... not having the confidence to hit tight spaces and instead throwing at their feet, and worst of all... when he does hit a receiver with a nice pass, the ball takes an hour and a half to get there.

Last game at Gillette... 3rd quarter... Pats had
3rd and 8... Brady dropped back and threw a ball to Hogan 20 yards downfield as I was standing up. I hit the men’s room, took a dump, hit the concession stand, grabbed a beer and roasted peanuts, got back to my seat, finished the beer, and the ball hit Hogan in the chest.

First down sure but they ran 9 minutes off the clock while the ball was in the air.

They'll fix it. I wouldn't want to be the J-E-T-S after this two week layoff.

Anyway...
Da Bearsss are looking pretty decent. Been awhile since I could even think of saying that...

Tell me about it. We haven’t been much since 06. But, the Monsters of the Midway are back! Offense probably still isn’t good enough though (as usual).

Into their prime, just in time, for Thursday dinnertime

lmao! "Classic Hoppy" is now quotable! :ban:

So we finally got a watchable MNF that doesn't have the Patriots playing (waaay too much yellow on the field though).
KC needs to lose plus one other game so the playoffs go through Foxboro...
