Does anyone know if oblong / racetrack / oval kettles in 10-15 gallon size are available anywhere?
I'm wondering if it would be possible to use two 1800W induction hobs instead of one 3500W. Both the areas I brew in have outlets that alternate between two dedicated 20A circuits so using two hobs wouldn't need to have a new 220 line installed.
