Hey new here just wanted some feedback on what you guys think of this IPA recipe:
Specialty grains: 8oz biscuit, 8oz mild
8lbs pale lme
1oz fuggle 60 mins
1oz NZ Nelson sauvin 20 mins
1oz cascade 5 mins
.5oz Columbus(knockout)
Dry hopped w/ 1 oz raw citra
Wyeast 1056
7 days primary at 66 degrees
10 days secondary w/ 1oz raw citra at 67 degrees
Will be bottling tonight kinda curious how this will come out
