Seems to be some knowledgeable people here. My question is this: Has anyone ever brewed with nuts? I'm fixing to make a stout with some pecans added in. I's appreciate any advice. My plan is to roast the pecans in order to reduce the oil and sanitize them, then add them to the boil at about 15 minutes. Any thoughts?
