I recently brewed a Blackforest Stout.
After 2 weeks fermenting, I bottled the beer.
Beer has been conditioning for a week. So I figured I would test one.
The carbonation level is perfect already! I'm wondering what to do now? I don't want them to "over carbonate" so should I put them all in the fridge and let them condition in there? Just wondering what the experts have to say! Thanks!! This beer is goooood!
