Great forum guys/gals; I have been lurking in the shadows since I started brewing, about 6 months ago. I have two batches under my belt, both were extract kits and my first shot at things won a 3rd place showing at a local competition. Second, didn't turn out as good, I think due to my sanitizing; I don't think I rinsed the bleach solution well enough, but still a very drinkable Heffe.
