Tis the season!
Anyway,Did my first all grain and first brew in years.Ill start by saying ...Awesome.
I Did the EBIAB and it worked flawlessly.Held the mash temp,dialed down to a rolling boil,hoist worked.I couldn't ask for more.
I spent more time lookin stuff up in the other room while it was going than I did brewin..The Chiller took some time but no biggie.
I did a 10 gal batch.Same work and time with twice the beer.
One 5 gal has Notty one has US 05 (Notty and nice) I killed me again
I hit 1.041 on a 1.039 OG so thats good.
I hydrated yeast for the first time, at 90 deg.I could see it growing but it didn't foam up like in the Youtube video I watched.Hoping for the best.
I did my best to sterilize everything!
Now its time for the mega clean
