I am brewing a Blue Moon clone tomorrow and I have a pack of Notty that I am planning to pitch. My fermentation chamber is usually kept at 68 degrees. Is this too high? Should I drop it to 60 - 64? I am wanting to avoid the esters so that the hops, orange, and coriander shine through.

The temp of the ambient air in the chamber doesn't matter as much as the temp of the actual liquid in the fermenter which for Nottingham low to mid 60's is good. I have a blonde right now fermenting at 64F (liquid temp) with Nottingham.
