I took a much-needed day off work today and the first order of business is to brew, damnit EdWort's Haus Ale is mashing comfortably as I type, and i'm just about to crack the first bottle of my last Wee Heavy batch for a little taste test.

I brewed 10 gallons of Ed Wort's haus ale last Saturday. It's a nice and easy brew. Fermentation is still going hot n' heavy.
