Life has been busy the last several years. Have managed to keep my brew equipment. Getting ready to place my first order in many years.

Wondering what I should brew first. I do need to get a few small items before I begin brewing again. Don't trust any of the glass thermometers and such.

Going to try to get back on here often as I relearn everything.

Maybe start simple and brew an American Pale Ale? Single hop, 2 Row/Pilsner US05? Just to get everything dialed in again.

I'm leaning towards BMs Centennial Blonde. It's easy and it's really good.

If you have a different recipe to offer, I would look into it.

I have done the single hop kit from Morebeer and just switched the hops around to figure out what taste like what. Simple, two grains, two hops and dry yeast. They have turned out good and was a nice way to get an idea what different hops bring out.
