3rd year plant looks like its dried out after early growth bett

Early growth better then any of my others. Can't spot any bugs, neighborhood dogs sometimes pee close by but it did well the last 2 years. Any ideas?

The nutrient section begins around page 80. This link provided by B-Hoppy good info here on what different soil defficencies look like. also check out homebrewers garden they got good stuff there. a pic would help alot

Definately check your soil. And keeps that ****n' dog outa your yard.
