I got a little to excited about trying my new beer so I put three in the fridge last night to test the carbonation. After almost dropping one, I noticed there was a lot of fizzy that formed...so I felt excited to try. I pulled a different one out, poured into a glass, sipped it, and not carbonated enough for my liking.

Can I take the other two out of the fridge to put back at room temp for further carbonation?

Yes, you can. The cold just gave your yeast a little nap. As long as there are sugars to work on, they'll happily wake up and get back to work. I'd wait at least a week and try again.

I know its hard but you really have to give your yeasties a chance to do their part. Think how disappointed you will be when you are sampling the final 4 beers in the batch, they are finally fully conditioned and they taste great!!! If you are itching, start a new batch, You Do have an empty fermenter, dontcha!

Yep, build up a pipeline so that you don't drink all your beers before they are truly ready. I have brewed some big beers that didn't hit their peak for over 6 months.

Oddly enough...I am back to discuss just that--empty fermenter and pipeline, but different subject so will create new thread.
