Just ordered this all grain kit and I wasn't to at flamed oats ,thinkin eight to sixteen oz, my question is if I just add them will it mess anything up or do I have to sub something out to not screw it up... TIA
Your going to add oats to it? If so you can add them to the mash and be fine. Should add some body to the beer. The amount you were thinking sounds good too, have at it!
