I have been digging the NE IPA's that the local breweries have been making. I want to homebrew one using extract (i don't have the equip or desire to AG). Has anyone found an extract kit or a recipe? I have been looking but no luck so far.

This is not a tested recipe but it is a good starting point

8 lb light DME
1 lb wheat DME
.5 oz warrior boil 60
1 oz columbus boil 30
2 oz citra whirlpool 30 mins
2 oz galaxy whirlpool 30 mins
2 oz mosaic whirlpool 30 mins
1 oz citra dryhop 6 days
1 oz galaxy dryhop 6 days
1 oz mosaic dryhop 6 days
1 oz citrad ddryhop 3 days
1 oz galaxy dryhop 3 days
1 oz mosaic dryhop 3 days

Any good IPA yeast

Yes its a lot of hops but if you want a hoppy juicy IPA you need a lot of juicy hops.

Cheers!
