Hey everyone.. Much thanks for any guidance. I brewed Sunday and dry hopped Tuesday when active fermenting started. I wanted to go about 7 days but will wait until OG Stays consistent. I'm going to keg but if I should rack it first. Don't want oxidation. Should I go straight into the keg. Force carb for a week or so

Straight to keg when you hit your FG. Force carb @35 for 24 hr, then vent and set for serving pressure. Wait 3-5 days and you should be good. You can try it earlier, if you just can't wait, but it might have a bit of carbonic acid taste to it.

Let it hit fg and make sure there is no diacetyl then keg. Personally i would avoid venting any keg as your just losing volatile aroma. You can quick carb without venting or set it at the proper CO2 pressure and shake it or use a quick carb apparatus or whatever.

I've found venting results in major loss of dry hop flavor and aroma. Also, I've found a second dry hop charge in the keg for a day or two before carbonating really makes NEIPAs shine
