Whats up, I just started brewing. I just recently finished my first batch which was a holiday ale and I also added some pepermint flavor, and it turned out great. I have a Amber Lager currently bottling, and a blackberry pale ale fermenting. Brewing beer was my wifes idea that I took farther than she thought I would and I really enjoy it.

Welcome, Evo. I had the same experience, I had brewed a bit, then stopped for a few years, my wife suggested I brew again, I wasn't too keen on it, but she pushed a bit, and now look at me
