So, I think I've successfully kegged and carbonated a batch of beer for the first time!:ban:
It tastes pretty good and has good carbonation. Basically I just set it at 12 psi and let it sit for 2 weeks. Now that its done carbing, what should I set the CO2 at? Or can I just take it off the CO2 completely and let it sit in the fridge? When I'm ready to serve I can just turn it back on at like 4 or 5 psi?
Just some advice needed. Thanks!

Leave it at 12 psi. You won't be using anymore CO2 until you start actually drinking it. Unless you need to move the keg for space purposes.

If you do take it off CO2, put it back on at 12psi to serve when you are ready to do so. Putting it back at a lower pressure will lower the carbonation of the beer.

what is it an ale?
what is the temp of the beer ?
what do you have your kegerator, keezer, and/or fridge set at?

i have my kegerator set at 44 degrees and have my PSI between 10 to 13 and i get great head(yeah i really do).
