Hey everyone. I've got the bug and been browsing as many of your forums for advice as I could. Baby stepping my way into internet forums as well. This place is an incredible tool, thanks!

Of course I tried to add this to the "Introduce yourself" section an d apparently started my own rogue thread....sorry!

You're in the right place. When I was first investigating the subject, most of my Google searches led me here.

Thanks masskrug!

You're right about that for sure...it all leads back to here.

My wife bought me a "deluxe kit" for Xmas that lead to a whole can of worms.

I'm on my 5th batch, have corny kegs, wired an Stc-1000 and picking up a chest freezer today!

I think I got it bad...but at least I'm in good company.

Welcome! Yes, you got it bad. Most people do. As long as you are enjoying life, it's all good, baby!

Good luck with the Keezer. You will love having cold beer on tap and not having to delabel bottles and go through the bottling process.

Brewing beer is just the tip of a very large iceburg! you'll make mead, then wine. Then you'll get a smoker or pit bbq & start up on that. Then experiment with beer & food pairings, baking with spent grain flour....it never ends! Just thought I'd warn you of what's comin'!:mug:

You're welcome. I've also found that the Cooper's English Bitter (International series) goes real well with smoky pit bbq. Makes a good mop sauce too!
