Hi all,
I wanted to introduce myself....I've been watching over the site for a few months now, but haven't said too much. I started brewing at the beginning of the year, and will be starting my fifth and sixth batches this weekend. A blueberry blonde and a fat tire clone....mmm.
I'll be getting pretty busy with school in the fall, so I'm trying to brew as much as possible in the next few months....gain a little experience and hopefully make some excellent beers. Possibly move to partial mash in the early summer?
