Trying to gather all information about Keggin before first time. and gathering it here...

Sanitation.
Fill whit starsan and purge with CO2, empty as posible, Done.

Dip Tubes.
If clear when transferring from fermenter => original dip tube is ok.
Transfer early and use floting diptube to not clog.

if i have floating diptube?
do i need to have original diptube to bottom and third port to float??

Dip Tube.
Pros and cons on different diptube styles?
How long yeast will come out if not doing float?

Lots of questions

I hate trying to get out all the starsan out when I purge. But turn it upside down and pull the Prv will get almost all out. At least enough that it won’t matter what’s left.

I don’t use a third port
I haven’t had problems with dip tube I use the keg land one that’s included with oxebar kegs.

It’s not that the yeast comes out so much in the first few pours without tube it’s just that the beer clears much much faster when drawing from top of keg especially with gelatin added.

Sone argue that’s the only difference since you lose the first few pours without it and you lose the last few with it. So half a dozen etc

I prefer the floating tube.

Good luck kegging is the bomb.

Hi! I've read through your other posts: Welcome to the Fun!
Glad to see you've been doing your research, you've made good sound choices for equipment. Since it loooks like you've been reading up on kegging on here, you may have gotten the impression that it is a standard practice to replace the rigid diptube in your corny kegs...well; yes and no. As a new brewer, you have yet to encounter the 'problem' that many of us have run into early on in our brewing pleasure: We run out of fermenters! You'll likely find out soon, that you'll want to brew another batch, but your one fermenter is still full and it'll be at least a couple weeks more before it's available for a new brew...Answer: Get more fermenters! Many who keg will decide to skip the whole process of transfering finished beer from a fermenter to a serving keg and just ferment in the keg. This results in a load of trub in the bottom of the keg which will plug a rigid diptube down at the bottom. Enter: The floating diptube! You may wish to visit this idea in future, but for now, as you have a 30l Fermzilla and 2 corny kegs you can just leave the diptubes as they are.
There are many long threads about purging kegs, but it's usually done either by simply plugging in your CO2 to the gas-post and draining out the liquid post until it's empty...there are various schools of thought on how to get rid of that last quarter-ounce of star san in the bottom but many (myself included) don't care about such a miniscule amount as it really will have no impact whatsoever on the beer. (some some opinions differ) Read through some of the methods including the popular use of fermentation gas for purging. For now though, as long as the Fermzilla has a floating diptube, you can leave those in your kegs untouched.

Is there anything to know if i do this.
Clean fermzilla with starsan.
Put that starsan to keg.
Start fermenting and connect the fermzilla to keg.
After the keg is empty remove the exit hose and raise pressure to few psi and remove keg. Controlling pressure with spunding valve.
Is there any time how long i can store kegs after starsan without needing to re clean?

Just leave your kegs wet with starsan, and pressurized, and keep them sealed until you need them.

Personally I use PBW to clean, and the run Sani-clean to rinse, but water would work too. I leave them pressurized and sealed until I need them, then sanitize with Starsan, then fill with beer.

That's exactly how a lot of people do it: Venting into the keg to purge.. There's more than a few threads on here where the bright minds have done all the math and without wading through it, the findings were that using fermentation gas to purge the keg effectively removes the O2 and helps retain hop-aroma when you switch the line on your FV to fill the keg.

Some People say that i can just co2 purge the keg from fermenting gas. I will try that now.

Purging with fermentation gas works great. In the pictured setup, how is the excess pressure being relieved? You would want an airlock, blow off tube, or spunding valve one the last keg in series to let off the excess gas while preventing fresh air ingress.

Looks like one keg is coupled to a second with the lid open. I presume the second keg isn't being purged and perhaps has some sanitizer to act as a bubbler.

fwiw, I do 10 gallon batcges and purge pairs of kegs, feeding the first through its beer port. That kegs gas port connects to 2nd kegs beer port, and that kegs gas port is connected to a soda bottle bubbler...

Cheers
