Hello!

My 1st post and been lurking here for a few weeks. So much great information to read and techniques to learn.

Got a brew kit for my birthday a few weeks back.
The Brew Hut - Super Ultra Mega Deluxe Brewing Kit

Going to brew my first beer this afternoon (American Wheat). A little nervous but I have received great advice last few days from friends that have been brewing for a long time.

I live in San Diego. Stone (Pale Ale) is my favorite beer and brewery and I visit the beer gardens as often as I can. Huge Lakers fan (woohoo!) and love the Chargers... can't wait to brew and watch football.

Looking forward to becoming obsessed! :mug:

Cheers!

Welcome and good luck on that brew today, if you run into issues, dont panic, just do a quick search on here, that will likely net you the answer you need, or ask away if you cant find it quickly!

You are in the right place... wheat beers are pretty forgiving...

Just be sure to watch out for boilovers which happen easier with wheat beers...
