No need to mash?

I was looking at this website,

I notice you don't have to mash some grains, I understand this is probably something obvious to most. The two AG batches I have done I just put all the grain in the mash. What do I do with grain that doesn't need to be mashed?

Mash it. this is more a guide for extract brewers to know what grains they can use for steeping.

If yo have a copy of Palmer's How to brew there's a chapter in there which lays out which meed to be mashed and which can be steeped.

I type it up in a chart, printed it, laminated it, folded it and carry it in my wallet so I can refer to it at the HBS...

Since I mash it all I really don't need it anymore, but it's handy. :rockin:

Ok I will continue just putting all the grain in the mash tun.
