No pump. I drain the MLT into two 2-gallon alternating buckets and dump into boil kettle.

The burner is from a Swiss company that goes by the name Beer. Found it on eBay for a good price and couldn't resist buying it with a name like that. It's a pretty minimal wattage for a boil burner, but I can get 11 gallons to a gentle, but full rolling boil in about 30 minutes (edit: starting from mash temperature.) The Monster Mash insulated wrap that's around the MLT in the picture above gets moved over to the boil kettle once the mash is complete. I get over 1½ gallons boil-off in a 75 minute boil, so I guess it's doing it's job.

And yeah, it's 240V. I plug it into a 20amp outlet used for a window airconditioner.
