Hey all had something weird happen brewing this weekend. The recipe for this beer was:

6 lb German Wheat
4 lb Munich
1 lb Vienna
2 oz Carafa III
.5 lb Caramunich

Mashed at 152 or so for 60 minutes. Collected 7.75 gallons. Final volume was around 6.5 gallons. OG was 1.040, so not great efficiency. The weird thing with this one was that I got pretty much no cold break, even though I used a little irish moss. When I brew with wheat I'm used to globs of protein all over the immersion chiller and in the bottom of the kettle. Nothing in this one. Any thought?
