So, I got a pretty solid extract rig going. I brewed 13 5-Gallon batches Labor Day Weekend, and I accomplished my goal (so far) of being able to create beers with flavor profiles I desired... but I just can't lock down the body of a beer I need.

I blame this on my extract useage.
I have a problem.

I've read the posts, I read the guides, and I pretty much think I have a high-level idea of how to get AG going. What I want to do is check out someone in the area who has a solid AG rig and is brewing beer on it. I'd like to watch the process - help out if needed - and decide which AG method is for me.

I know there's some NJ Homebrewers guild that meets at JJ Bittings, but I never managed to make it there... so I'm just asking if theres any NJ folk on here willing to have a extract-slacker such as myself observe "how its done" so I can get my learn on and step up to a nice AG rig.

Who's in? I can bring some beers... Eh? eh?
