I just got a 20 cu ft nitro tank and I am having trouble finding anyone to fill it. Everywhere I call either only fills their own tanks, will only swap tanks (and 55 cu ft at that) or has to send it out somewhere far away. Where do the Philly board members get their tanks filled?
