How do all, This looks like a happy making place. I have been into brewing for about 5 years. Mostly AG. I like those crazy belgian beers. When I first got started there were almost no beers available locally except for budmiloors. My first attempts were at making stouts. I made three and thought I was doing them wrong. Then I finally got to sample a guiness. I had been making them dead on all along. I just don't like stout.
