Finally moved to a house with a basement (fermentation room) and space for a kegerator. Seems like beer is the next logical step!

Bought the typical starter kit and a box of NB British Mild - and kegged. Mighty tasty...

I'm keeping track of the yeast harvesting/farming threads (cheap bastard at heart).

This is a great forum. I feel like I've skipped a year of fumbling around blindly...
