I have been brewing beer for awhile now and was thinking of trying out a wine kit. My wife and I like reds and I came across a Sicilian Shiraz on CL. It was the Sicilian Shiraz by Reserve Du Chateau. I was wondering if the company was any good or if it is crap? I thought reds went for closer to $100-$150 per kit. It gets good reviews on Amazon but at $45 is it too good to be true? If it makes a difference my wife and I are not wine connoisseurs but do enjoy wine. If it is a crap kit is there a brand that you would recommend that balances price with quality? We like malbec the best, merlot, and blends the best. Thank you all for the info.
