I've had a wilko spicy cab in the demijon for the last couple of weeks and it's cleared nicely. I've racked it to a second demijon and shook it till me arms nearly fell off to degas it. Question is do I just wash and sterilise the bottles then siphon it in or do I need to add anything or do anything before corking?
