newbie question please help?

I bottled my first batch of beer yesterday but half way through an emergency came up. So i put the air lock on the now half-full frementer. Now im wondering is it okay to bottle half then bottle the rest later?

Yes of course.. Just sanitize everything again.

Short of dropping some sort of contaminant into the brew, or letting it sit for weeks next to a radiator, there's not much that you can do to ruin your beer. Beer is a forgiving beast.
