Newbie near Calgary, AB

Hey everyone,

I'm a newbie living outside of Calgary Alberta originally from Englad moved here 8 years ago today as it happens- I'm on my 5th batch of kit beer (IPA went to secondary today) and want to try making my own wort from scratch in the next few weeks. I need to stockpile for September when my mother in law comes to visit for 3 weeks I also have 30 litres of red wine in secondary to keep her happy/inebriated during her stay.

LMAO, welcome, that's the way to do it huh? Just keep feeding mother in law booze to keep them quiet, Thanks for the info.. How did your Kitt IPA turn out? Do you bottle or keg? I'm just starting and think I want to keg. Seems like less time and less chance of messing up.

Kits have come out well so far, managed not to screw anything up - I'm bottling at the moment but want to move to kegging so save time/hassle
