Hi All,
I have never brewed... well scratch that, I have brewed before in high school a million years ago the beer was interesting, bitter and the ingredients were store bought. My question is: could I make a tasty wheat beer, or Belgian type ale using the yeast from a bottle conditioned brew? Or the yeast from concord grape skins? The point of my exploration into brewing is an interest in the process, and the chemistry behind brewing. So, I would like to brew without using store bought ingredients; i.e.: yeast, malt... I would like to do it all myself- Ahem, I know a little ambitious, but I have all the time in the world right now. Thanks!
