Newbie here from Ireland.

Hi guys,

Been brewing for about a year now with 1 gallon batches with equipment from a Brooklyn brewshop kit.
Have gotten some new stuff now to go up to 5 gallons (25 litres over here) so looking forward to supplying my own beer rather than buying crappy mass production stuff! So far I've made 2 different IPAs, a grapefruit, orange and honey ale and a chocolate ale (still drinking that, best batch yet).
