welcome to the forum from a fellow Nebraskan! There is a plethora of good information on here, but based on your pictures I won't be much help! I'm a little more of a newb than you are lol.

Thanks..I have been brewing since '96...

I'm so happy I discovered fellow Nebraskan's! Where are you from? Born in Lincoln but parents moved away when I was 4. Spent every summer with grandparents in Lincoln as a kid. Many cousins on farm land south of Geneva. Living in Austin but heart is always North.

I'm looking a building an outside wood fired pizza oven also. Did you plan it yourself?
Fire brick are the key to the build .I had a general plan. Fire brick, fire brick mortor, then thermal mass 12 inches, shell...This was built free hand meaning no plan

I am not a Beer Troll. Ok this is the plan i used.our peel that is used for pizza is 16 inches,,so that also is the width of two fire brick butted end to end..no mortar ..The arch way 1405190648949.jpgjust look at the brick..the arch is 4 brick high/tall or @8 inches before the actual arch.which is 10 brick with cut out for the flue

I am not a Beer Troll. The arch outside /door way..is smaller than the the main arch chamber.IMG_20170806_135454.jpgthe arches were build of plywood shape/ jig/template

I am not a Beer Troll. The inside main chamber is also a arch..the inside floor is 4 brick wide @32 inches .it is the same shape as the door arch..Why not a dome? You go ahead a do that with all the cuts ,let me know how that goes for you. The arch is dry fitted together an fire brick mortar on the outside of shell with wire mesh ..

My plan started from a picture, where i saw flues in the front and back on outdoor kitchens.I like the flue inthe front pizzaoven.I hope this helps with your build.I have alot of trees in the yard oak,ash ,locust, apple pear and peach..So the tree limbs get l loaded in the oven..pine needles on top.FIRE IT UP, wait 2 hours or till the black soot burns off..oven wiil be 650 -800 . When the brick is the yellow again it is ready ..pizza wiil take 3-4 min.

Thanks so much for the details Mr. "Not a Beer Troll". Wife was in awe over your decorative exterior. Hopefully by spring 2019. appreciate it!
Sorry about no plan , I can build things from pictures..art is the expression of your inner self just showing the world your true selfIMG_20180501_123408.jpg brew room drain..I am not a Beer Troll.
