Hi! I just joined the site today. I have been brewing for 3 months now, and love it! I have been brewing all-grain recipes of an amber, Irish red, stout, and a peanut butter porter. I am going to try to make a Marzen-ale today (trying it using an ale yeast; Wyeast 2112), and my wife and I are also trying a chectnut brown ale. I am doing only 1-gallon batches right now, but may be expanding to 5-gallon batches in the near future.
