Hello,

I've been brewing kombucha for almost a year and am excited to start brewing mead, beer and wine.

I look forward to learning, just like when I started brewing kombucha I am overwhelmed with information.

I have an amazing book called Sacred and Herbal Healing Beers by Stephen Harrod Buhner, I am very interested in experimenting with recipes from his book.

Welcome welcome! My membership is very new here as well but I have found everyone to be generally really affable! There are a ton of folks here who can help you with just about any question you could possibly have about making (or drinking) beer. Enjoy making those healing beers and feel free to post a lot of pictures of your work so we get to see how it comes out!
