Hiya
I've recently taken a big interest in homebrewing beer. I love the idea of being able to make my own. So to get myself started I ordered the BrewZer and that's doing its thing I guess. However, I realised that the brewzer wasn't really the real thing. After all, I only had to add water and wait.
So I promtly went out and purchased a 25ltr barrel with bubble airlock and some larger malt extract (hop flavoured I guess) and larger yeast. Now those 40pints are happily brewing away and I feel that I'm truely making my own beer. Sure, I didn't have to do any mashing, but it's a start right.
Anyway, hi.
