I was brought buy my desire to get more knowledge on corn syrup wine.
Had no idea I would stumble into a hold mine. This place great as it is best.
Seeing how I'm green at this I don't much to offer in return so I'll be more of a spectator.
I was taught to make wines by my step dad. Him being from Arkansas hill country and 84 y/o, you could say he learned by passdown method.
I wanted fewer mistakes and to know why these mistakes where there in the first place. Been reading now for 7 years on the subject.
I do more experiments rather than production. (5 gal carboy is my idea of production)
I work more with one gallon projects. Made everything from normal grape to banana wines. I have one I like to suprise my guest with. Pacanty boque.
Well, this a little long winded. Thanks for having me.

You came to the right place. We have wine, beer, mead forums, foodie stuff too! All kinds of fermentables & food stuffs to keep your mind busy. :tank:
