What's up Lorton VA! Woodbridge!!! Yea...so I've tried a number of bottles from my first brew and have found some differences between them. A buddy suggested to me that next time I bottle that I should fill each only 1/2 way...then go back and fill the rest. Kinda makes sense I guess. I think what I ended up with is varying concentrations of yeast / priming sugar throughout the batch. Not a bad thing really. It's kinda like Cracker Jacks this way. You don't know what the prize is gonna be in each bottle!
