Hey folks, I'm a rook on my third batch (all extracts so far). My first batch (Irish Stout) turned out great. It tasted pretty young when I cracked the first after two weeks, but letting them age at room temperature for another two weeks and a few days refrigerated did a world of good. I've been hooked ever since and am addicted to researching the art and planning the next adventure. Good to be here, happy brewing!
