I've been searching around for a cart of some kind to hold miscellaneous brewing junk--something that rolls and has the function of storage and functionality. I found it today (AND THEN SOME), and got a damn steal on it too.

It is actually a grill cart--but it has a fully functional stainless steel sink in it. You just hook it up to an outdoor water hose! Inside it has storage, and you can see the outside has bars and handles and shelves. This is exactly what I wanted and more. I wasn't expecting to have a sink in it. It will just roll outside next to the brew rig and I can have everything right there.

I am psyched!

The best part--it was on sale at the base exchange, 100 dollars from 129. Then I had a 1 day coupon for 20% off, so I scored this puppy for 80 bucks!!!!!!!

Are you bringing this for the afterparty in the Sheraton parking lot on Saturday?

Looks like a really nice find.

Dude! You are living my dream! :rockin:

If I move to Colorado, you can come over and brew with me any time you want man. Teach me all of your tricks!

that's awesome!

I was reading the instructions tonight...I doubt I'll ever get the damn thing together. Holy crikey.

Stuff I didn't even know it had: A built in cooler and a bottle opener and cap tray. :tank:

Christ! Does it give head, too? I'm thinking I could leave my wife for it.

LOL...it just might have to eventually. If I buy any more stuff for this damn brewery--I'll be wifeless and looking for some action.

I'm sure I could rig something up with that fau.....ahhh...nevermind.

Hardly! I just started this hobby a year ago! My beers are improving but I know I'm not near up to par with some of you guys. I come across as a know-it-all, but I'm really not that good of a brewer. I make more duds than I do studs. :mug:

You have come a long way in a year! I went to AG a few months after I first started but I still have all my original equipment.
You have jumped in with both feet. In one year you are leaps and bounds ahead of me. You must have been a Brew Meister in another life! :mug:

Yeah, it surprises me sometimes when I am reminded how short of a time both Dude and El Pistolero have been brewing. Fast-tracking it to Braumeister, with emphasis on 'meister'.

Of course, I get to taste some of Dude's beer tomorrow, so my opinion may change. ;)

I'm sure it will too. ;) I wish I had one I was really proud of! Well, the honey wheat is pretty good, but boring for our standards.

I hope you guys are very honest when critiquing them. Blowing sunshine up my ass isn't going to help me become a better brewer.
Known faults for the beers you'll get tomorrow--the SPA is oxidized, it's old.
The Honey Pale is green. It is hot, and the dry hops are grassy right now. They need to mellow a bit.

The honey wheat is pretty good. For once I can be proud of something because that bugger was no picnic to brew.

The Lake Walk Pale Ale is good, but I'm not sure I got the carbonation right in that 2 liter. Hard to judge that, and sometimes carbonation can make or break a beer.

The LPR is getting old. It might have been decent when it was young--but I was never a fan of it to begin with. I'm sure it has some oxidation by now as well.

What I'd like is for you to take them home and write out a nice little piece in the sampling and critiquing forum. I'm giving you each 2 bottles of HPA so you can try one now and then one in about a month when it should be pretty decent.

Rich--I bottled up extra HPA for you. I'm sending you some soon, once I get the IHA bottled you'll get 2 of each.
