AS stated on other posts I was going to buy me a this http://www.highgravitybrew.com/store/pc/BIAB-Electric-Brewing-System-120V-269p4647.htm BIAB system at the end of this month. Well I went in and awaiting for this to be ready for pick up. Can't wait to start brewing with it.

The only problem that I see with that, Is what to brew first.
I'd have to brew something that was ready quick, just to make sure I could get some not-quite-immediate-but-fast satisfaction.
