Just wanted to say hi and introduce myself. I am new to the forums (obviously) and fairly new to brewing. I've been brewing extract and grain for about the last three years, but only recently started brewing with any regularity. Yesterday I took my first steps into full grain brewing. Brewed a 3 gallon amber ale with a friend.
I am still brewing on the stove top so I'm going to work with 3 gallon full grain batches, and 6 gallon extract / grain until I get a better set up.
Anyway, loads of questions, so I'm off to do some forum reading.
