Hello to all brewers!!
Hopefully if there is any and advise that you guys can give me to make sure that I don't screw up my first batch, would be awesome. I'm making an American amber. A little nervous but, I guess I need to look at this first batch as a learning experience . So, hopefully u guys can put me on the right path of a frothy cold beer goodness! Thanks to all

Good luck and welcome to the madness..!

Are you doing an extract, partial or all grain..?

Follow the recipe... pay attention to sanitation... be patient and RELAX..!! You'll be swimming in suds in no time..!

+1 to all the above advice. I would add take it as a learning experience. It will seem crazy and hectic but each batch will get easier and easier until you start looking to make it more complicated.

Cheers and all that stuff!

Thanks guys. And, I will diffenitly keep everyone updated. Starting the brew tomorrow after I pick up my brew pot from the store.. One question too. (sorry guys). A 22quart stainless steal pot will work just fine for a 2.5 gallon brew right?
